The house is located in the country and is entirely independent (access included) the garden is fully enclosed. In a superb garden of 2500 m² with many species of trees, there is a large swimming-pool (12 x 5 m) surrounded by sunbathing areas. The swimming pool makes up to 2 metres deep. It can be lit by 2 spotlights

Close to the pool, a fountain whose soothing sound will please you while

having your meals in a garden lounge sheltered in the shade of tall trees.

A big lawn surrounds the whole as well as a tall hedge which hides the fence and protects your privacy which cannot be disturbed. Your peace is guaranteed. We wish the house to be a place where quiet and peace prevail.

The luxury holiday villa which is fully air-conditioned, stands in the middle of all this.

On the edge of the pool,  deckchairs are available to sunbathe, a hot-water shower and a 2nd garden-lounge

which can be set in the sun or in half-shade for your breakfast. Close there is a big barbecue.

The house has a very beautiful open modern architecture made of steel and glass :

wherever you stand you have the impression that you live outside

Close there is the swimming-pool, the garden-lounge in the shade of tall trees and not far from the big barbecue.

Its 300 m² provide a lot of space. It is lit by numerous picture-windows and 3 sun-lounges which overlook the garden, the pool or the yard.

In the sun-lounges, there is a billiard table and table football.

The inner doors are made of glass, enabling you to see the garden wherever you are.

Inside the decoration and furniture are tasteful.

The spacious interior, is composed of :

1 large lounge of 80 m² + sun-lounge of 20 m²

 (TV set with international networks channels + hi-fi)

1 kitchen : fully equipped with dishwasher +  fridge + freezer + microwave etc...

6 bedrooms including :

4 bedrooms , each with 2 single beds

1 bedroom with 1 bed 160cm

1 bedroom , with 2 single beds + 1 bed 140

4 toilets

2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms

plus 1 SAUNA

We supply sheets of bed ,

 you don't have to bring yours.

1 laundry room with ironing-board + tumble-dryer.
